We are seeking an experienced Airbnb Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Airbnb properties.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, coordinating with guests, managing bookings, and inspecting and restocking properties on a monthly basis.
The Airbnb Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and managing budgets.
Essential Job Functions:
Managing a team of cleaners and coordinating with them to ensure that properties are cleaned on time and ready for guests.
Managing bookings and ensuring that all guest needs are met.
Handling all guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Inspect the properties in person and restock the properties to ensure that all necessary supplies are available.
Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
Managing budgets and ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget.
Conducting regular property inspections to ensure that properties are in good condition.
Developing and implementing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience managing an Airbnb property or similar hospitality experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of local regulations and laws.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work outside normal business hours.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airbnb management software.
