Responsibilities:
Answer phones Sell boxes and packaging material Send/respond to emails Schedule customers Keep track of office supplies and box inventory Order boxes and any other office supplies as necessary Keep kitchenette area clean Take out trash Get mail from onsite mailbox Ensure all tasks assigned in the CRM are completed fully by their due date Keep customer profiles updated in CRM
