Equipment Maintenance Technician, Project Kuiper

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO).

We're looking for an outstanding Equipment Maintenance technician specializing in Preventative Maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment:
Ovens, Thermal chambers, vacuum systems, process piping, liquid nitrogen and building systems.
Key job responsibilities- Installing Industrial equipment and machinery - Bring-up and Troubleshooting of equipment - Maintaining and preventative maintenance activities - Machine commissioning and trouble-shooting- Maintain Facilities Workshop- Support mechanical activities as required.
- Troubleshooting and Maintaining industrial equipment and machinery in production and development environments - Installation of custom equipment and commissioning - Work directly with engineering teams on design feedback, project execution and commissioning- Maintain Facilities work area- Support development and production teams as required- With or without reasonable accommodations, must be willing and able to work with powered lift equipment - for example forklift or scissor lifts.
- Valid Driver's license and able to satisfy Amazon driver eligibility criteria.
- With or without reasonable accommodations, must be able to lift up to 49 pounds on some occasions, stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours (with breaks), and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $37/hour and employees are eligible for incremental raises based on tenure.
