We are a family owned entertainment center in the Bridal trails neighborhood of Kirkland.
This position involves both HR and bookkeeping duties.
We are looking for a detail oriented person to join our team.
Below are a few of the duties and requirements for the different roles.
HR Duties:
Act as a resource to management staff.
Ensure the confidentiality of employee data.
Assist in the processing of bi-monthly payroll.
Manage employee information in HR and payroll software.
Enter payroll information into spreadsheets to evaluate productivity.
Evaluate the accuracy of timesheets.
Respond to any errors in payroll by reviewing past records and making any wage corrections or adjustments when necessary.
Answer employee questions about payroll, leave amounts, tax forms and other compensation issues when asked.
Bookkeeper Duties:
F/C bookkeeper with general ledger accounting experience A/P and A/R Payroll General Ledger Invoicing Spreadsheet creation Reconciliation through financials Quickbooks Required Skills:
Strong written and spoken communication skills Ability to work independently Detail oriented Strong organizational skills is a must Part Time position, Flexible hours.
Pay range between 23 - 28 per hour depending on experience.
