The main job is to ensure high quality healthcare to all patients.
Primary Job Functions:
Answer multiple phone lines, addresses incoming messages, chats and texts Respond appropriately to patient's needs and concerns Respond in a timely manner and follow up to patients' needs, inquiries.
Document correctly in patient charts, as needed.
Explaining procedures and responding to questions in a professional, friendly manner.
Offer guidance to patients regarding surgical and cosmetic procedures Quoting fees Processing invoices Processing payments Scheduling appointments for patients' including consultations, injections, post ops, etc.
Complete data entry efficiently and promptly Taking patients' histories Scanning in documents efficiently and promptly.
Handle a high level of new and current patient calls using professional tone and exceptional judgment Ability to multi-task, moving effortlessly from one project to another Maintain communication with practitioner and all team members Complete miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned in a timely manner Assists all team members as requested Other Skills and Abilities:
Ability to prioritize and multitask while working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and as a team Well-developed organizational and computer skills Knowledge of Patient Rights Knowledge of the company fire and safety regulations, electrical hazards, disaster plans, and infection control policies Knowledge of HIPAA Knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures and their application Job Type:
