Position Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) represents our medical spa.
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive first and last impression with patients.
They must possess excellent communication skills and conduct effective and informative client consultations based on the needs and objectives of the patient.
The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for promoting the medical spa products, procedures, and services through education and patient outreach.
The role of the Patient Care Coordinator is to achieve business growth through consultative sales, implementing strategic plans that meet the needs of the customer, and meeting/exceeding the goals of the physicians.
Requirements:
Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, or a cosmetic dermatology practice.
Must have the ability to understand the goals of the practice and work to create the plan of action to obtain the goals independently.
Professional experience and attitude with the ability to relate well with patients, physicians, employees, and other professionals.
Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills.
Must have the ability to handle confidentiality issues.
Dedicated to vision and practice goals.
Highschool Diploma or equivalent required Open availability (this is a full time, 40 hours/week position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
