Kirkland, WA Kirkland, WA Full-time Full-time $23 - $25 an hour $23 - $25 an hour Our Leasing Consultants enjoy interacting with people! They are responsible for conducting the day-to-day activities relating to the leasing of vacant apartments and the renewal of existing resident leases.
The Leasing Consultant, through consistent use of good leasing practice and company policy, will inform the prospect/resident of the benefits of renting/renewing and living at the community.
The Leasing Consultant will be skilled in all aspects of leasing including technique, fair housing, floor plans, features, amenities, surrounding competitors as well as the application/lease documents and related policies.
Prior sales experience of minimum 1 year; customer service skills; public relations; computer literacy; detail oriented and organized; ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.
Must have a dependable vehicle and proof of driver license and automobile insurance.
Must be willing to work Tuesday-Saturday, 8a-5p.
