, are searching for a Sales Support Administrator to help support our Aerospace business.
At L&P Aerospace, we specialize in creating complex tube and duct assemblies using high-performance materials capable of withstanding extreme pressure, temperature, and chemical interactions.

Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday/Full time/40 hours per week So, what will you be doing as a Sales Support Administrator? Manage customer inquiries and act as the 'voice of the customer' within the Kirkland, WA facility as well as the broader sales and operations teams.
Point of escalation for customer delivery and manufacturing issues.
Engage appropriate departments, make recommendations on appropriate response, and communicate resolution to customers.
Provide ongoing updates to the customers until all issues are resolved.
Administrative sales support to include quote generation, order submission, and monitoring of open orders to provide updates to clients throughout the production cycle.
Identify activities to continually improve the process of providing innovative and efficient customer care.
Support the group's Business Development team as the primary customer point of contact.
Interact daily with onsite production leadership and purchasing to alert them to any customer changes, feedback or questions.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience in sales or customer support for a manufacturing company is required.
Bachelor's degree or significant experience in a similar role is required.
Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with diverse audience ranging from internal teams and customers.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Work well in a team and promote a positive working relationship with co-workers and customers.
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel.
Things we consider a plus.
Experience with exotic metal alloy sales or aerospace component experience a plus.
