Job Description Position
Summary:
Executive Assistant provides support for top-level executives and plays an integral part in the day-to-day operations of our successful organization.
You bring prior executive-level administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and embody a humble, no-task is too big or too small attitude.
In the role, you act with an appropriate sense of urgency and prioritization and be comfortable with ambiguity.
Key Relationships:
Executive team, Management Team, People Operations Team Key Accountabilities:
Build trust-based relationships across teams, regardless of any individual's role Support a small team of busy executives with their daily and recurring business needs to improve their operational efficiency Constantly look for ways to reduce the administrative tasks of the executive team to enable them to focus on strategic opportunities and leadership Manage multiple calendars simultaneously, quickly adapting with flexibility as schedules, priorities, and timelines change Interact with stakeholders inside and outside of the company in a professional and courteous manner, serving as an extension of the executive team and ambassador of company culture Organize and schedule board meetings, including all materials, set-up, and follow up Practice sound judgment and handle confidential information Participate as a team player assisting with internal operational meetings and events, and collaborating and problem-solving with other team members in a respectful manner Partner with team members across locations to facilitate remote working and in-office activities Facilitate onboarding of new team members Providing office management and administrative support at our Kirkland, WA office location with a hybrid work model, onsite 2-3 days per average week Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Outstanding professional communication skills, both verbal and written Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Aptitude to quickly learn operational processes, organizational structure, and objectives of the team History demonstrating a terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, practical, and helpful attitude Understanding and practice using discretion in handling highly confidential matters and interfacing with all levels of individuals, internally and externally Demonstrated, careful attention to detail Proven ability to multi-task and handle competing requests and timelines Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as knowledge/team management tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams Required Education and
Experience:

years of executive assistant experience Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Physical Demands:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
