Social Media Content & PR Specialist
As a member of a collaborative Marketing team, the Social Media and PR Specialist plays an important role in the effectiveness of our overall marketing efforts.
The primary responsibility of this role will be dedicated oversight of our social media accounts to drive brand awareness and social growth as a relatable means of communication with end users.
The Social Media Content & PR Coordinator will have a focus on brand awareness, content creation and social connection.
This role will be expected to play a key role in our organic social media strategy and execute content gathering and influencer programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with the Social Media & Creative Manager to bring life to our GTM strategy on social media.
Lead social media content development and ideation with a focus on increasing following and lead generation across all social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
Own social content and platform positioning to ensure thoughtful and intentional approach to content distribution, community engagement and innovative, break-through storytelling.
Assist with influencer strategy and partnerships, identifying key partners, and outlining storytelling and priorities.
Present analytics and insights for all social media platforms with actionable suggestions monthly & longer-term trend, covering growth, engagement, and new followers.
Create polished, on-brand content in the form of copy, assets, and video to support the calendar (based on input, images, video and branding from the businesses) Proactive and detailed content curation, including editorial calendar management, copy writing, artistic development and alignment with priority campaigns and announcements.
Focus on brand and messaging consistency, responsible for outstanding quality assurance and standards across Sono Bello channels.
Track, share and action social trends, new platform developments and competitor examples.
Support PR, store launches, events, and collaborations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

years' experience developing and managing social media content, strategy, channels, and campaigns including brand awareness and acquisition.

years' experience in influencer, social media, digital marketing 5
years' experience with Adobe creative suite including:
Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign a plus.
Sprout or similar social media software familiarity a plus.
Possess passion for social media, photography, videography and supporting video editing skill set.
Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with added attention to details.
A strong storyteller, able to distill content into bite-sized social media captions and images.
Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, critical metrics, and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok etc.
) Experience building and delivering high brand engagement social media marketing programs that acquire new customers, expand brand awareness, and grow social follower counts.
Experience crafting, editing, and posting content in various social operational tools and platforms.
Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of PR strategy and the role of editorial placements in driving brand and growth strategy.
Fluency in English, Demonstrated ability to model Company values.
Willingness to take on new projects that are not covered in the job description.
Ability to travel as required.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.

COMPENSATION:

The compensation range for this role is $66,000- $70,000, depending on experience.
