Field Communications Specialist

SUMMARYField Communications Specialist will be responsible for building a new Communications discipline alongside the Senior Project Manager.
Primary tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
own and update all content on SharePoint and Smartsheet, create and distribute engaging content for all audiences in our organization, create communication standards and templates for each of our internal communication platforms, analyze effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed, train and act as quality control for overall field communication methods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement communication strategies that promote our company's objectives and image.
Create and distribute engaging content across all communication channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
Monitor and analyze metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts, and adjust strategy as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our field employees, promptly address and resolve issues and concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute campaigns and ensure that messaging aligns with company brand and values.
Lead internal presentations and training sessions to promote understanding and usage of new programs, processes and templates.
Provide overall Field Communication Quality Control Own and maintain content and consistency of framework within our internal communication platforms including, but not limited to, Teams, SharePoint and Smartsheet.
Organize and manage the Field Communications calendar.
Be expert on all Sono Bello communication modes and their functionality.
Create and orchestrate Sono Bello Internal Influencer program and content.
Create monthly center meeting newsletter - process and content.
Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, or related field (optional).
A minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or Project Specialist Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling Proven ability to create and execute effective communication plans, and to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft and Smartsheet Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate as compared to a private office with light traffic and computer printers.
May work in remote office locations.

COMPENSATIONThis is a Non-Exempt position with an hourly range of $28-$31, depending on experience.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
