Our dealership has been awarded the Love Customer Commitment Award for several years running! Working as a Service Receptionist/Greeter, you'd be responsible for all in-house transactions.
Your customer service and people skills will also play a large role in your day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate is going to be someone with prior customer service experience who is extremely reliable.
Service Receptionist/Greeter Job Responsibilities Answering phones.
Making service appointments.
Accepting payments for service work performed.
Loaning vehicles to guests.
Keeping an inventory of the loaner vehicles.
