70 per hourSign-On Bonus:
Up to $5,000 for those new to EvergreenHealth with one (1) year or more of recent CLA experience or up to $2,500.
00 with less than one (1) year recent experience Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum.
For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level.
Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications, or degrees.

EvergreenHealth is adding new outpatient phlebotomy clinics located in Canyon Park, Redmond, Woodinville, Kenmore, and Kirkland.

Summary:
The Clinical Lab Assistant II (non-phl) is responsible for specimen processing, setting up microbiology cultures, preparing direct smears and other specimen setup under the direction of a medical technologist.
Exhibits problem-solving skills in order to promote efficient customer service and client satisfaction.
Interacts daily with other members of the healthcare team to include laboratory and hospital personnel and must maintain a broad knowledge base.
Primary Duties:
Processes all microbiology samples according to laboratory protocol Answer and navigate calls with accuracy, efficiency, and courtesy using best customer service tactics and practices Acts as a resource to co-workers, clients and patients for general lab questions and directs any complex technical questions to the appropriate personnel Uses the laboratory information system and other reference laboratory's web-based applications to independently solve complex issues in a sensitive, caring and timely manner.
Performs quality control tasks to include preparation of QC slides.
Performs administrative tasks to include document filing, preparing requisitions for billing and preparing credit sheets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or
Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
-High school diploma-Some college level courses-Three (3) years of experience in a clinical laboratoryDESIRED for the position:
Bachelor degree in microbiology or a related health science field preferred or an equivalent combination of academic courses in a related field and work experience in a clinical microbiology environment.
5 years of experience in a clinical microbiology laboratory.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
