Job Summary Provides high-level support to executives in a complex and fast-paced environment.
This position interfaces with the public, patients/customers, and the Board of Commissioners, as well as frequent contact with all levels of EvergreenHealth employees.
Manages special projects as assigned and on occasion, collaborates with other administrative staff to accomplish goals.
Primary Duties 1.
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks of a highly complex and responsible nature for the executives including:
managing extremely active calendars of appointments; completing spreadsheets and high-quality reports; database development; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; and arranging complex and detailed travel plans.

Plans, coordinates, and ensures designated schedules are followed and respected; works to create win-win situations for direct access to the executive's time.
3.
Provides high-level support for meetings and Board or operational/management committees, including but not limited to:
coordination and preparation of agenda and substantial meeting materials, minute taking and electronic maintenance of all meeting materials as required by regulatory agency standards and requirements.
4.
Plans a broad variety of events from start to finish according to requirement, target audience and objectives.
5.
Functions as coach and mentor to Executive Assistants and other administrative staff in the organization, providing guidance and direction related to tasks and duties performed.
6.
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the executive's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with management and staff.
7.
Works closely and effectively with the executives to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
8.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
9.
Manages special projects as assigned.
10.
Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or
Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
oAssociate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience o8 years of administrative support experience, with at least 5 years supporting executive-level leader(s), or equivalent experience oProficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Saas-based solutions such as DocuSign and Boardvantage oStrong analytical/spreadsheet skills oExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with all levels throughout the organization and community oStrong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail oExcellent written and verbal communication skills oDemonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability oHighly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently oProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response oDemonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment DESIRED for the position:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
