Wage Range:
$134,888 - $215,821 per yearJob SummaryAssumes 24-hour accountability and responsibility for area(s) assigned.
Responsible for overall quality of service and for planning, developing, organizing, integrating, and directing programs, staff, and budget in support of the Purpose and Mission, Shared Commitment and Strategic Priorities of EvergreenHealthPrimary DutiesFacilitates patient care including organization and management within established policies, procedures, standards of care, budgetary parameters and strategic objectives.
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care.
Assesses and evaluates staffing patterns for proper utilization of personnel in relation to patient care required.
Develops and monitors annual capital and operations budgets.
Coordinates development and implementation of appropriate methods to monitor adherence to budgets and resolve variances.
Develops and implements processes to manage human resource, materials, and finances within the established budget.
Performs other duties as assigned.
License, Certification, Education or
Experience:
REQUIRED for the position:
Bachelors in Nursing (BSN)Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington2 years of experience in an Intraoperative care areaKnowledge of Federal, State, AORN, AAMI, ASA and JC regulations and requirementsCurrent Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire3 years of experience in a management or leadership role in an inpatient care settingAbility to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient careCertification in clinical specialty or leadership required within 18 month time frame if not already certified.
DESIRED for the position:
Masters degree, may be other than Nursing3 years of experience in Trauma Level 3 or hirer facility in a surgical care areaAORN certificationBenefit Information:
