The Application Services Manager is accountable for driving client satisfaction by providing an outstanding service delivery experience. The key metrics by which our clients measure our performance are turnaround time and error free deliveries. The Manager has responsibility for a team of data analysts at our client?s Kirkland, WA and New London, CT facilities.
The Manager runs a 20x7 service delivery organization and is responsible for the following: ensure proper utilization of the facilities and personnel, allocate resources, train resources, monitor job flow ensuring delivery time commitments are met and monitor QC procedures ensuring proper protocols are followed.
Responsibilities
Coordinates with Project Managers and the Director f Operations teams to insure priorities and time commitments are understood for all projects;
Allocates resources across the department; create and manage shift schedules; monitors overall job flow and assigns tasks to staff in order to insure delivery time commitments are met.
Insures that status of in process work is understood by all stakeholders;
Monitors internal staff utilization to insure staffing capacity matches needs;
Implements and manages training programs to insure staff have adequate training and certifications for all tools and technology employed;
Acts as an escalation point for administrative and technical issues raised by staff and/or other project stakeholders;
Ensures that the internal workflow system used to manage workflow through the ?data factory? meets the requirements of the Application Services team;
Develops and maintains adequate quality controls and continuous improvement programs to meet quality objectives
Works with IT and business management to insure the optimization of capacity for Hosting systems;
The Application Services Manager must be able to handle review repository work from start to finish, and must be a constant example of initiative and teamwork;
The Application Services Manager reports to the Director of Operations.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
BS degree
At least 5 years of experience in the litigation support services industry
3-5 years management experience developing a technical team, succession planning, etc in a litigation support environment
In depth Working knowledge of a common litigation tool such as iPRO, Clearwell, Relativity, and Nuix
Relativity Certified Administrator credentials strongly preferred
Strong SQL skills, understanding of database schemas and design
Effective analytical and problem solving skills
Detail oriented and exceptionally attentive to accuracy
Ability to learn skills quickly
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
Strong advocate for the needs of their team members
Computer skills include: advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office particularly Excel; some corporate network experience; and capacity to quickly acquire knowledge related to software, hardware, and processes. Knowledge of kCura best practices
Serve as expert to Sales and other DTI staff with regards to inquiries about Relativity capabilities and best practices along the following areas:
Review Layouts
Search strategiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
